Affiliates earn a flat commission of $300 USD for each qualified referral that results in a completed incorporation through Mizu. Commissions are tracked via unique referral links assigned to each affiliate upon registration. A referral is considered qualified when the referred party completes the full incorporation process and payment has been received by Mizu.
All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period from the date of conversion. This hold period exists to account for potential refunds or chargebacks. After the hold period expires, commissions are finalized and become eligible for payout. Payouts are processed on a rolling basis and may be issued via ACH, international wire, stablecoin transfer, or PayPal, depending on the affiliate's selected payment method. Mizu reserves the right to delay payouts if additional verification is required.
Referral tracking cookies are valid for 30 days from the date the referred user first clicks the affiliate link. If the referred user completes their incorporation within this window, the conversion is attributed to the affiliate. Conversions occurring after the cookie expiration are not eligible for commission.
Affiliates may not engage in any of the following activities: (a) self-referrals or referring entities in which the affiliate holds a direct financial interest; (b) misleading, deceptive, or false advertising regarding Mizu's services; (c) bidding on Mizu-branded keywords in paid search campaigns; (d) sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) containing referral links; (e) using cookie stuffing, ad injection, or any other fraudulent tracking methods. Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
Mizu reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion. Upon termination, any finalized but unpaid commissions will be paid out within 30 days. Pending commissions still within the hold period may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation of these terms.
Mizu may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
